Summer Wish List (& new shopping site!)

Whenever I decide that I want to buy something, I find myself going site-to-site trying to find where it is the cheapest. So when I found out about Uniprice.com, I wanted to share it with you guys! Basically, Uniprice is a shopping site with hundreds of awesome brands (including some favourites like Free People, Disney and Marc Jacobs) that compares prices across the internet and sends you to the site that will sell the item you are looking for at the lowest cost. It is dangerous how much easier my shopping life is about to become.

That being said, today’s summer wish list is inspired by things I already wanted, but found through Uniprice at the lowest price online! It may not quite be summer here in the Pacific Northwest, but I’m looking forward to the day it hits and maybe I’ll even pick up a couple of these goodies. Video | Birthday & PLNDR Haul!

Here is that haul that I promised! It has a mix of the wonderful gifts I got for my 21st birthday, as well as a couple of things I purchased myself and some awesome pieces PLNDR sent me last month! I'll definitely be including some of these pieces when it warms up a bit and I can leave the flat without five layers. Seriously, so ready for the sunshine. Or even above freezing temperatures because I am definitely too cold to function.

Oh, and just for you, blog readers, here is a photo of me wearing the Middle Earth dress. This is just a phone picture that I took to send to my mom, so it's nothing special, but how COOL is this dress? Definitely one of the best things I've ever owned. (Can we also take a minute to acknowledge the fact that there is a Hobbit poster behind me and I'm also wearing Arwen's Evenstar? I am a caricature of myself.)

Roshambo: A Free People Short Film

As you guys probably know, Free People is one of my favourite clothing brands. I think they are amazing quality, really unique and just really gorgeous. I've followed the brand for years and in the last couple of years, I have become obsessed with the newest catalog or video that they post. I seriously wish I had the skills to make videos as good as the ones they produce; totally inspiring. So, when I saw that they had created their first short film...well, I was a bit more than excited.

So this is Roshambo. A short film with a lot of heart, emotion, lovely music and a damn great wardrobe. You wouldn't think that a film that is essentially being used as an ad campaign for a clothing company would be so engaging but it really is. I adore it. I've also been told this is the first, but definitely not the last film of this kind from my favourite brand, so I will be waiting with bated breath for the next one! Instaglam | Gifts from Mom!

Against my better judgement as I'm not too pleased with them at the moment, I've decided to start a little series on my blog called ~Instaglam~ Silly name, but it'll do. Basically, I instagram loads of my outfits, things I purchase, et cetera, so I figured I'd post them on this blog, as well! Won't always be great pictures, but still fun. 

My mom had these hanging on the back of my door when I got back to the States last night. Early Christmas gifts! The dress and cardigan are both form Free People and are absolutely gorgeous. Very excited to wear them this holiday season!
