I posted a new video today! It is the skincare products I took with me on my flight from London to Seattle earlier this week. This will probably be my last kayleyscloset video and blog post before Christmas because I have a very full weekend ahead. Hope that you all have a wonderful holiday season!

Instaglam | Gifts from Mom!
Against my better judgement as I'm not too pleased with them at the moment, I've decided to start a little series on my blog called ~Instaglam~ Silly name, but it'll do. Basically, I instagram loads of my outfits, things I purchase, et cetera, so I figured I'd post them on this blog, as well! Won't always be great pictures, but still fun.
My mom had these hanging on the back of my door when I got back to the States last night. Early Christmas gifts! The dress and cardigan are both form Free People and are absolutely gorgeous. Very excited to wear them this holiday season!

Holiday Candles
Just a couple of candles I have been burning now that the Christmas season has begun :)
- Sainbury's Christmas Tree candle: cannot find online! But it smells just like a Christmas tree, promise!
- Bath and Body Works' Tis The Season: "Fill your home with iconic fragrances of the season as golden apples, deep green pine and a touch of ground cinnamon blend to create a timeless and heartwarming scent."
- Bath and Body Works' Twisted Peppermint: "Merry Mint-mas! Candy canes go wild with bright and merry notes of vanilla and sugary musk in this cheer-filled holiday fave."
They all smell fantastic and have been getting me through these last few weeks of uni madness. Cannot wait to be done for the year so that I can really get into the spirit!
What have YOU been burning so far this season? x

Gifting Survival Guide | The Best Friend
Many of you may know that I am a massive fan of Christmas. The music, the family events, the food, the cheer and yes, the gifts. Mostly the giving. There's nothing better than getting the perfect gift for someone and knowing they'll love it. After years of watching and reading gift guides made by other YouTubers (some of my favourites being Fleur's and Meg's), I decided it be fun to do some of my own. Admittedly, these would make better videos, but I cannot afford to buy all of these things to show in videos, so blog posts will have to do! I tried to do a range of prices, as well as a mix of UK/US sites, but I think 90% of this stuff can be bought in both countries!
1) Cozy Tweed Ugg Slippers, $120.
2) Lush White Christmas gift set, £30.
4) All's Well earrings by Erica Weiner, $65-80.
5) Power Berry Skincare Essentials kit, £23.
6) Octopus ring holder, $16.50.
7) Donna Wilson Sausage dog scarf, (on sale right now) £31.50.
8) Emma Bridgewater Black Toast mug, £18.
9) Big Buddha 'Jordan' wallet, $40.
Hope this helps! x

Top Tips | UNiDAYS
I made a video on my non-beauty channel, owlssayhooot, about studying abroad in the UK, particularly London. (For those who don't know, I studied abroad last year and then eventually decided to transfer to stay over here for my final two years of university.) Something I didn't really talk about was UNiDAYS. It basically compiles the list of stores with student discounts into one website. In addition, you can use referral links, such as mine right here, to share with your friends and get credit. I really love sites that have referral systems, because I'm always sharing new sites with my friends and the ability to get money from it makes it all the better. And you can do the same, so yay! Anyway, just wanted to do a quick post about that because I realised just after I filmed the video that I should have mentioned this. Hopefully you get use out of it! x

New Picks | Small Feelunique Haul
These are from a month or so ago, but I figured that I would post them anyway! I made an order with feelunique, primarily for the shampoo but then decided to add a couple of products I'd been coveting.
The first thing is Joico's K-PAK Chelating Shampoo. My new flat must just have the hardest water because I spent the first month here fighting with my nasty hair. It was pretty bad, guys. I tried so many different products, no products, using them in different intervals, it was ridiculous. Eventually, I sucked it up and purchased this. I've been using it only about once a week, but it's definitely been working. This coupled with Lush's 'New' shampoo bar and I got my old hair back. Finally.
I decided that I "needed" a thick hand creme to wear to bed because I have super dry hands and apparently never enough hand cremes to combat it. Thus, the Burt's Bee's Beeswax and Banana Hand Creme. I have been eyeing it for ages, but it is never below £10 on the high street, so I decided to buy it online and get it for £1.50 cheaper. I love this stuff, but it has a very strong banana smell, so be wary of that if you lack an affinity for all things that smell of baked goods.
At of course, my new favourite, Jack Black's Intense Therapy Lip Balm. It feels wonderful, not too thick and not too thin. My love for mint lip balm really knows no bounds, you guys. Mint lip balm and sweet smelling hand creams/lotions are my kryptonite.
I'll have another beauty haul in the next week or so of more recent products. Let me know if you've tried any of these and what your thoughts are! x
